Mel Bartley
Founder of Elevate Gym Preston, Mel has been in the industry for 12 years. Mel Bartley Fitness, based in Bamber Bridge has been the home of 1-1 Personal Training since 2013, but is now involving into a more community, class based facility which will open 31st March 2025.
Nick Davis
Nick is jacked, tanned and extremely fast. His marathon time is 2:48, he did a Hyrox Solo on 2 days notice in 1:08. Benches 50kg dumbbells and runs Half Marathons in 1:17. Nick wrote this himself, did you guess!?
Mark Ackers
Mark is a seasoned Personal Trainer with 10+ years of experience. Known for his tailored, adaptable approach, he designs dynamic workouts, to build strength, endurance, and fitness.
Nathan Briganti
Nathan is a Chartered Physiotherapist and both clinic owner and director at Briganti Physiotherapy. He has a long list of qualifications including strength and conditioning, is an independent prescriber and injection therapist and has just completed PG cert in MSK sonography allowing him to perform diagnostic scans and perform guided injections. He has a history of working in Professional sport and currently consults for the Irish Rugby Football Union and sees patients from the world of Theatre, TV and movies. When he worked in the NHS he led an award winning service and attained the title of advanced clinical practitioner due to his skills in clinical work, leadership, education and research.
Ryan Collins
Ryan is our newest member of the team, offering a new fresh approach towards Physio rehabilitation. He’s a Chartered Physiotherapist with Sport Massage experience. Ryan has over 6 years within the NHS and clinical experience within Intermediate Care setting, Orthopaedic (Elective and Trauma) and MSK Rehabilitation. He offers a wide range of experience whilst continuing his Rotational Job role within the NHS, working with Adult and Paediatric Patients.
